DRFM

Placed under the authority of a Director, the Department of Financial and Material Resources is responsible for:

– the preparation and execution of the Ministry’s budget;

– the preparation and programming of public contracts;

– the management and maintenance of all movable and immovable property of the Ministry;

– compliance with the standards and specifications of heavy equipment of all Central and Deconcentrated Services;

– the definition and implementation of policies for the construction, acquisition and renewal of equipment;

– the definition of construction standards adapted to the environment;

– identification of construction and equipment needs;

– monitoring rehabilitations;

– cost studies;

– proposing and integrating new technologies;

– proposing new acquisitions;

– the development and implementation of a maintenance policy;

– identification of maintenance needs;

– coordination and monitoring of the Ministry’s maintenance structures;

– the definition of safety standards in buildings and equipment.

(2) It includes:

     – the Budget Sub-Directorate;

     – the Heritage Department.
