The secretary general of the ministry of Basic Education, Dr Adams Daniel Oyono, personal representative of the minister of Basic Education, presided over the closing ceremony of the Joint Review of Externally Funded Projects Wednesday, 18, 2025 at la Falaise Hotel Yaounde. This ceremony started with the reading of the reports of the various groups, and finally, the general report. After reading the report, some recommendations made, the most salient of which were to
Capitalise on fund-raising experiences for replication purposes;
– Create and set up a national system of special accounts dedicated to education;
Increase the monitoring and traceability of activities and allocated resources, just to name a few, was adopted. This exercise was followed by an address by the representative of the technical and financial partners who praised the good nature of the partnership between the ministry of Basic Education and other stakeholders. Taking the floor, the Secretary General, in his closing address, gave his impressions and thanked partner ministries, technical and financial partners of the ministry of Basic Education for their collaboration and support.
